Customer Manifest Suffix Field

We added a new field called “Cust Manifest Code” to the Invoicing Exception Modal (Customer → Defaults → Invoicing Exceptions Button). This field will now hold the Customer Manifest Code that gets added to the end of each Invoice Manifest Number.
