On the Inbound Alerts, when your location has associated “Sister” cities, those are printed together on your alerts. Now have the ability to limit by a particular airport

8. Pre-Route option on Hawb (removes status changes from Mawb creation/closeout)

On the Hawb, Routing tab, we’ve added a new checkbox for “Pre-Route”. When this is checked, and the Mawb is created, the status will NOT update to Pickup Confirmed. In addition, close out of the Mawb, will NOT update the Hawb to In-Transit. Also prevents COB/Pickup Date/Time timestamp data entry if box is checked at time of MAWB attachment. If box is then un-checked before MAWB is closed out, COB data will be entered when the MAWB is closed out.

This allows for accurate data to be entered when pre-booking of Mawbs prior to actual pickup.

9. Hawb Finalization Checkboxes (Customer configured)

Customers can be configured with a custom Finalization checkbox list, for users to update. Contact Domestic to assist with customer setup.

The list below is a sample of existing options, but you can also create your own. These can be manually checked by your users, on the Hawb - Finalization tab, the sub-tab is User Validation.

This does not stop finalization, but allows you to maintain a checklist of steps requested for processing.
