By clicking on "Shopify Refund Order Logs" button on Shopify Private App Integrations listing, the user will be redirected to the Shopify Refund Order Logs page.

Shopify refund order logs will log every refund or gift card Shopify API request with full details like Store Domain, Order Number, Product SKU, Refund Type (Refund/Store Credit), Refund Status, Request, Response, Error, etc.

On can filter Shopify refund order log via following parameters

  • Order Number

  • Product SKU

  • Refund Type (Refund/Store Credit)

  • Refund Status (Success/Failure)

  • Date Range

Also, user can view full details of any refund order log by clicking on magnifier glass icon in "View" column of the grid.
