Harmony MySeko - International Shipment Address Book, New Addresses

To get new addresses to appear in the mySEKO International Shipment Address Book and Organization must first be created in Cargowise.

1. Shipment is created in mySEKO with a New Address

2. Sometimes the order comes in with “overridden” addresses if it is unrecognized by the system (this happens if the address can’t validate it). Operators are supposed to be converting these into organizational addresses, but sometimes they leave them ticked as “overridden” so it’s never actually realized.

Open

a. It will validate the address and if an existing address matches give the operator the opportunity to merge the addresses.

3. The SEKO operator must uncheck and convert to Organization to get the new address to appear in the mySEKO address book.
