Quick reference to understand the icons used in the DCM system.

| Chat | Chat Conversation screen shortcut |
| Messaging | Messaging screen shortcut |
| DCM Summary | Shows Dashboard These are Task Tiles depending on user log in and permissions |
| Translate | Language Picker |
| View Side Bar Menu | Click to show or minimize Side bar Menu |
| Open My Windows | Click to open “My Windows”/DCM Summary |
| Refresh | Reload screen/window |
| Minimize | Reduce or dock an open screen/window |
| Close | Exit screen/window |
| Checkbox | Click to select an item or multiple items to perform particular action such as QC, Create, Assign |
| Edit | enables users to modify or update existing information |
| Delete | Deletes the selected item |
| Addresses | Consignee and Supplier List Directory |
| Date Picker | allows users to select a date from a calendar interface |
| Export | Export data or report from the system into a different format, such as CSV, Excel, XML, or PDF. Used to save or share data outside the application. |
