Booking States

These are status of the Bookings created by Vendor user.

Booking State can be viewed in the Booking List.

Planning State

Planning State is updated only if Load XUS is used

Can be viewed at Origin Agent Dashboard Task Tiles - Draft Shipment & Shipments Ready to be Shipped (Authorised to ship)

  • BOOKED - Vendor Booking is submitted & creates CW1 Booking

  • PLANNED - CW1 Event type of ‘BKC’ and Shipment state must be ‘Draft’ - this will in turn switch the Shipment CWState from ‘Booked’ to ‘Planned’
    -All required details for the shipment fields are filled in

  • CONFIRMED - CW1 Event type of "DEP" when the shipment already Departed CWState from ‘Planned to ‘Confirmed
    -Confirmed On Board Shipment
