Return method

There are three types of Return Methods in OmniReturns to enable customers to create returns

  1. Order Level: When this method is set for any retailer then if customer creates return on OmniReturns portal at that time Product list will not be displayed. All the information about the product and Order will be entered by customer only. (Order level method is current method for all retailers in OmniReturns where customer used to enter all the details of the Order)

  2. Product Level: When this method is set for any retailer then if customer create return on OmniReturns portal at that time all products related to entered order no and Customer Email Id will display from OmniRPS FTP orders and customer can choose to return one or more product from the list.

  3. Allow Both: When this method is set for any retailer then after entering order no and email by customer on OmniReturns portal, system will try to find order product details from OmniRPS portal FTP orders table and if order product details found related to that order no and Email ID then it will work like Product Level method otherwise it will work like Order Level.
