Please see White label Portal for what is required to set up a white label portal as it requires documents from the retailers tech team

  1. In OmniReturns > Manage > Companies > Add new company

  2. Complete the mandatory fields

  3. The Return Portal Domain is the URL that the returns portal will sit on e.g. https://accentgroup.omniparcelreturns.com/bookreturn/booking_return/144
    This should be provided from the retailer

  4. Ignore the facebook and google logins

  5. Front store settings

    1. Homepage: add company logo

    2. Style: the retailer can customise the look of the returns portal using CSS. This does require technical knowledge and must be done by the retailer
