In Store Purchases

Seko OmniReturns can support return creation for in store purchases, or for orders where you do not or are unable to provide order information

The customer will enter their order number and email address, they will then see the form below to complete.

  • Product Value
    This is required by carriers when creating the label.

  • Product Name Field   Default Custom Product Description Textbox 

  • Product Type
    This is used to describe the item being sent back. This is required by all carriers when creating a label

  • Condition field can be disabled

  • Return Reasons will be pulled from the settings in your account

 

  • Proof of purchase
    This is useful for in-store purchases being returned online, where you may not have the order information. This is enabled or disabled for all returns if no order information is provided.
    This will require customers to upload an image showing their receipt or any proof of purchase for the order.
