Add your Stripe account
If you are charging customers for return labels, you will need to add a Stripe account to OmniReturns. This enables Stripe to facilitate the transaction with the customer and the money to be deposited directly into your Stripe account. Seko never touches this money.
To add your Stripe account
Login to OmniReturns
Go to Manage > Retailer > Click Search > Click the edit icon on the retailer you would like to add the Stripe account for
Go to the Payment Gateway tab
Click “Add Payment Gateway”
Complete the fields as required
Field | Description |

Transaction Provider | This will always be “STRIPE PAYMENT INTENTS API” |
Name | Please use your Retailer Name |
Environment | Select production unless this is being used to test transactions |
Secret Key* | The secret key as issued by Stripe |
Publishable Key* | The publishable key as issued by Stripe |
Publish | Select Yes |
Default | this will always be set to Yes for the first payment gateway added |
6. Click “SUBMIT”
Once your Stripe account is added, you will need to update the Country Fees tab to specific how much you would like to charge each country for return labels.
