Add your Stripe account

If you are charging customers for return labels, you will need to add a Stripe account to OmniReturns. This enables Stripe to facilitate the transaction with the customer and the money to be deposited directly into your Stripe account. Seko never touches this money.

To add your Stripe account

  1. Login to OmniReturns

  2. Go to Manage > Retailer > Click Search > Click the edit icon on the retailer you would like to add the Stripe account for

  3. Go to the Payment Gateway tab

  4. Click “Add Payment Gateway”

  5. Complete the fields as required

6. Click “SUBMIT”

Once your Stripe account is added, you will need to update the Country Fees tab to specific how much you would like to charge each country for return labels.
