FIX: OHO/Booked Status Auto Update

We updated the system so HAWBS will automatically enter OHO/Booked status only if they were previously in On Hand Origin Status.

The system will also move a HAWB from On Hand Origin Status into OHO/Booked if the HAWB belongs to a MAWB that is closed out, and belongs to an EDI Carrier.
