NEW LTL Quick Quote Form

The team has developed a new LTL quote form that can be accessed by selecting “New LTL” on the Quote Menu.

The New LTL Quote Form requires the below inputs, and once converted to a shipment will create the HAWB, MAWB, and BOL.

Required Information to Return Quote.

• Pieces

  • Pieces

  • Weight

  • Length

  • Height

  • Description

  • Freight Class

  • Package Type

• Shipper Zip and City

• Consignee Zip and City

• Accesssorials

  • Can be added by clicking select under the Requested Accessorial Box

  • Overlength will be added automatically based on the dims provided.

Rate Shopper

• After the required information is entered, users should click the Rate Shopper button to return rates.

  • Users can scroll through the carriers returned to see a breakdown of their accessorials in the above Accessorials Box.

Revenue

• Users are able to add the Customer Cost to the Quote by updating the “Total Revenue” field in the Profit form.

• Customer Accessorials can be edited by clicking the “Modify” button on the Revenue Form

  • Customer Accessorials when edited will not affect the Total Charge. The Total Charge can only be changed by changed by updating the Total Revenue field under Profit.
