New HAWB Batch Tool: Warehouse Function Scan

We’ve created a new Batch Tool labeled Warehouse Function Scan.

This Tool where allow users to upload a CSV of their warehouse scan into RedNA, and receive a report listing any alerts based on the below logic.

Alert Types –

If branch is origin, there is a MAWB with MAWB date from previous day, create alert “Routed Freight on Dock”
If branch is VIA, there is a MAWB with branch as origin with a MAWB date from previous day, create alert “Routed Transfer Freight on Dock”
If branch is destination, there is an out for delivery status, create alert “OFD Freight on Dock”
If branch is destination, there is a delivered status, create alert “Delivered Freight on Dock”
If branch is destination, there is an appointment date of previous day or earlier, create alert “Late Freight on Dock”
If branch is destination, there is an Due Date of previous day and shipment is not service 3-5 day, create alert “Late Freight on Dock”
If piece count uploaded is lower than what is in RED, create alert “Piece Count Shortage”
If piece count uploaded is higher than what is in RED, create alert “Piece Count Overage”
If branch is origin agent and shipment is On Hand Origin and was not on the scan upload, create alert “Freight On Hand Not Scanned”
If branch is destination agent and shipment is On Hand Destination and was not on the scan upload, create alert “Freight On Hand Not Scanned”
