Scope of Services Provided
The Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC) has been established as a global resource to help enable and drive automation within our Global Operational Processes as well as serve as an internal Performance Management team for the SEKO Global Network.
As of August 7th, 2023 the GSSC will go live with 2 primary services to the Network
Updating of Tariffs with an aim to achieve 80% global Auto Rating & Costing LIVE

Service Level Agreements (SLA)
The GSSC is an internal service provider to the Network and will thus work on the basis of the normal Service Level Agreements for Various Requests for Auto Rating & Costing where there are no delays in clarifications or approval stages

Request for Approval |  | Once Request for approval is activated the GSSC is awaiting confirmation via Jira to go ahead and activate new tariff in CW1 | GSSC will wait for approval for 120 hours from time of requesting approval. If no approval is recieved within 120 hours the GSSC will delete any tariff’s they had prepared in CW1 and cancel the request. |
