To View DC Seko Billing Reports:
Log-in to Seko360 DC Interface
Navigate to Business Intelligence → DC Reports → Internal SLA Reporting Tab
SLA (Service Level Agreements) Reports
Inbound Report
GRN Header Report (by Confirmed Date) - Shows record of Dates and time stamp of Deliveries within the filtered date
Order Status Update Report
Dispatches Report (by Create Date)
Dispatches Report (by System Dispatch Date)
Weekly SLA Report Input Data
Record of Orders showing the Scheduled dispatch date vs. the Actual Dispatched date within the Last 7 days.
