To View Inventory Reports:

  1. Log-in to Seko360 DC Interface

  2. Navigate to Business Intelligence → DC Reports → Inventory Tab

360 Set Up and Maintenance Reporting

Shows On-hand/Available Qty by Location (DC Location Set up) and by SKU (SKU Set Up)

Aged Inventory Report with Location (All Time)

Shows how long items have been in stock, its location and total quantity

Product Information

Shows SKU details or Product Master data

Licence Plate List

Shows List and details of Bin Number/LPN (Licence Plate Number) and location with its quantity.

Module List

 

Module List -Show details of Modules per SKUs filtered by date and Client.

Module List Detail -Show details of Modules per SKUs filtered by date and Client including Replenishment level

Replenishment

Report Showing:

  1. Summary of Previous Week (No Of Products Putaway, No Of Units Putaway, No Of Products Picked, No Of Units Picked

  2. Manual Replenishment

  3. Replenishment - by Picked User (Bulk Qty Picked Date) (Previous Week)

  4. Replenishment - by Putaway User (Qty Putaway Date) (Previous Week)

Stock Replenishment Summary

Shows Stock Movements of LPNs and Location and its details

Stock Adjustment Report

Shows Stock quantity Increase or Decrease with Stock Adjustment reason

Daily Push Stock Detail Report

End of day report that shows stock levels from a specified date in the past for a particular SKU/Product code with details of location and status.

Default is showing Yesterday’s date.

Counting

Report showing summary of the following:

  • Movement Exception (by Completed Date)

  • Pick Denial (by Completed Date)

  • Planned Count (by Completed Date)

  • Cycle Count (by Completed Date)

  • Free Count (by Completed Date)

  • Cancelled Count (by Cancel Date)

  • Sum of Units Counted by User

 

Count Sheets

Report that shows Location and Number of Location Count on specified date

Full Stock Take

A Stock Take involves counting all inventory stored in the warehouse and comparing the physical count with the records.

Shows report about:

  • Planned Count Status

  • Number of Recounts

  • Open Recounts of Total Planned Counts

  • Planned Count Detail List (by Count Create Date)
