OPERATIONS CONTROL DASHBOARD

We will lead this change  by providing all operations team members access to an “Operations Control Dashboard” (OCD).  (This is accessible by Power BI)

 

Your individual access will provide your shipment and branch data to review, which will be populated into the OCD from the Global KPI’s.

 

We will be holding Global Operations Update & Training sessions going forward and will be providing Regional calls you can select from below.
