• There is a cultural shift underway, and it starts and ends with our global teammates in our branches who are running our desks and servicing our customers.  SEKO’s award winning Customer Obsession must be matched with what we deliver to our customers, our focus on GP/File and GP/Volume and our billing performance.   First Time Right.   Zero Defect re Files Billed within set time limit.

We will lead this change  by providing all operations team members access to an “Operations Control Dashboard” (OCD).  (This is accessible by Power BI)

Your individual access will provide your shipment and branch data to review, which will be populated into the OCD from the Global KPI’s.

We will be holding Global Operations Update & Training sessions going forward and will be providing Regional calls you can select from below.
