Magaya New User License Registration & Reactivation (Help Desk Instruction)

Open the Global Help Desk platform in your browser through 1 of two URL’s.

  1. https://servicedesk.sekologistics.com

  2. https://cai.service-now.com/seko

  • When selected URL and Service Portal screen is populated

  • Click the use external login to change screen to internal login

  • Now add in your SEKO Email address and submit

  • A new landing page will populate, and you have several options

  • Click “Request Something”

  • Click Access Request

  • The Access Request Form will now populate

  • On the Access Request Type, there is a drop-down selection

Click Change / Addition to existing user if you are already a SEKO employee with e-mail

Click Internal New user when on-boarding a new employee (you will probably request other systems as well)

  • The Access Request Form will now populate, and you must complete several boxes
