Magaya New User License Registration & Reactivation (Help Desk Instruction)
Open the Global Help Desk platform in your browser through 1 of two URL’s.
When selected URL and Service Portal screen is populated
Click the use external login to change screen to internal login
Now add in your SEKO Email address and submit
A new landing page will populate, and you have several options
Click “Request Something”
Click Access Request
The Access Request Form will now populate
On the Access Request Type, there is a drop-down selection
Click Change / Addition to existing user if you are already a SEKO employee with e-mail
Click Internal New user when on-boarding a new employee (you will probably request other systems as well)
The Access Request Form will now populate, and you must complete several boxes
