Admin (Destination Agent)

Messaging and Chat allows Users to add messages/communicate about Shipments.

Messages

Read and reply to messages that was sent against a shipment

  1. Navigate to Admin Menu → Messages → Messages

  2. Select received messages in the Inbox Folder

  3. Click Reply button to respond

  4. Click View Artifact button to see Shipment details

Chat

Send upfront messages or conversation to any user of the system.

  1. Navigate to Admin Menu → Messages → Chat

  2. Click 'New Chat' button to create conversation.

  3. Click “TO” field and Type/choose accounts for the conversation

  4. Type your message in the text box

  5. Click 'Send' button
