Notifications (Bell)

We’ve added a bell Icon to the Menu Bar that will flash with a number each time the user receives a new notification.

• Currently, user will receive notifications when an issue is created for a HAWB with their station as the control.

• An issue will stay on their notification module until it is acknowledge by a user.

  • Once an issue notification is acknowledged by a user it will be moved off of the active screen for ALL users.

• We added a Notifications tab to the Customer Profile.

  • Permissioned users can add a user to the notification tab.

  • Once one or more users is added to the notification tab, then those users will be the only users to receive notification for issues on hawbs belonging to that customer.
