5.5 Track & Trace Email setup

Setting up your custom track & trace email

 

 

  1. In the SEKO OmniParcel platform select Administration > Track & Trace Emails.

  2. Click ‘Add New’ and fill in the fields as shown below. Please see the field information on the below table.

  3. Once all fields are filled, click ‘Save’.

Select ‘Yes’ – this will enable the email to be sent. If this is set to ‘No’ the email will not be sent

Select ‘Yes’ if this is the default template to be used

This enables the retailer to display the “subscribe to tracking updates” text box on tracking portal.

Email Notifications

Determines at which milestone stage the email will be sent to the customer

There are 7 options available:

  1. Site Manifested

  2. Allocated and ready

  3. International Transit

  4. Customs cleared

  5. Picked up by delivery courier

  6. With delivery courier

  7. Delivered

 

Note: If you want an email to be sent for each milestone stage, you will need to create multiple email templates.

There are placeholders on the right hand side that you can use to customise the template as needed.

Logo Image

The company logo which will be used in ASN/Tracking Portal. Logo recommended height is 50PX and width is as per the design of logo but recommended max width limit is 350PX

4. Once you have created your email template and filled in all the details, make sure you have selected which emails should be deployed from the cost centre. Only templates that have been selected from the cost centre will be deployed even if ‘Is enabled’ is set to ‘yes’ in the track & trace email settings.
