MAWB Cost: EDI "Approve" charges button

We have added an accept or override button when the Listed MAWB Rate and the EDI Estimate Rate for Carrier with “Auto Rate” flag selected in profile

• Clicking the Accept button will update the current MAWB charges to match the charges sent over via EDI, prorate and finalize the MAWB
