WMS - Dispatch Requests

Sales Channel Menu → Sales Order → Dispatch Requests tab

Once the DC has confirmed receipt of the goods (GRN Confirmation), you will be able to Create SO and Request dispatch request against them.

  1. Use Search Panel to filter by Sales Order Number, Dispatch Number or Dispatch Request Create Date

  1. To Confirm Dispatch Request - Click checkbox and click CONFIRM button

  2. To Create Dispatch Request -Click button beside “Confirm” button
