HAWB: Limit Status selection by User

The user should be limited to selecting the HAWB statuses below based on their Location Access.

If the user belongs to the

• Control or Corp

  • Can select any status (Current Logic)

• Origin

  • Can only select statuses with Type = PU or NULL

• Destination

  • Can only select statuses with Type = DEL or NULL

• Via

  • Can only select statuses with Type = PU or NULL
