Our weekly update is to keep you informed of any operational or process’ changes and the latest updates to our project and Operations Control Dashboard. 



The Project Lightspeed team are working alongside the Global Operations team to complete a success Global Financial and Operational Reporting and Control System.

With the implementation of the Operations Control Dashboard, this will provide a Global view on personal, department, branch, and Global metrics.

Since the launch of OCD on 1st July we have made several enhancements on the feedback received from the Pilot Testing Stations and the Operations Branches.

Please see below some of the changes made so far to the Operations Control Dashboard, to ensure we meet the Global Operational requirements.
