Delivery Receipts not printing for Cancelled HAWBS

Fixed an issue that was blocking Delivery Receipts from being printed for Cancelled shipments.

The below error was generating when users tried to print Delivery Receipts for Cancelled HAWBS. These will now generate correctly.
