WMS - Document Group
When a Client uploads a Sales Order (“Load Sales Orders” and “Load Web Sales Orders” services) and sets a “DocumentIdentifier”, it fills up the “Order Document Identifier” table which will identify document templates they want to use for each order or dispatch.
Create Document Group
Navigate to Admin → Document → Document Group
Click “Create New” button
Select Client
Enter Document Identifier
Click SAVE button
Assign Documents to a Group
Click Assign Document Management (arrows) icon
To ADD: Select documents in the right pane and Click “Add” button
To REMOVE: select documents in the left pane and Click “Remove” button
