 CargoWise Phases Go Live July 10th

 

Team SEKO,

 

As part of our One Job Strategy, SEKO will be turning on the Phase setting in CargoWise Globally. With the Phase setting, we can define the mandatory data fields that origin and destination with be responsible for. Any data required to be updated with be the responsibility of the office assigned to that phase to update. Select managers and regional leads will have additional access to support in emergency situations. Phase settings only apply where SEKO offices on CargoWise are both origin and destination parties on a shipment. Attached SOP on how the process will work.

 

How will this impact day to day operations?

  1. Origin and destination will have mandatory fields required for input and will lose access to update those fields depending on the phase that the shipment is in

  2. Fields requiring updates, destination will have to email origin for the update into CargoWise

  3. For urgent issues, branch supervisors and select regional leads will have access to update the phases.
