To View DC Summary Reports:

  1. Log-in to Seko360 DC Interface

  2. Navigate to Business Intelligence → DC Reports → Summary Tab

Customer Service Dashboard

List Reports that shows data of :

  • Orders Received, Picked, Packed by Hour

  • Orders filtered by Country and by Carrier

  • Missing Case Quantities

  • NSR (Non Standard Requirement) Orders

History Report

Provides the history of a product by showing inbound or outbound Type (GRN or Dispatch)

with HB Ref / Dispatch No. of a specific Product Code/SKU within specified dates.
