WMS - Deallocate Locations

Logistics Tab > Inventory Menu > Deallocate Locations

This menu allows users to remove location assignments to a client that has a lot of licence plate history against these locations.

Select a client from the option field you wish the location to deallocate from.

To proceed, click the Deallocate button.

Click the OK button when the confirmation message appears.

The following conditions must be met:

1. The location must be empty.

2. There must be no licence plates in the location with a pending count adjustment.

3. There must be no licence plates in the location with an active count record.

4. There must be no licence plates in the location with replenishment from quantity.

5. There must be no licence plates in the location with replenishment to quantity.

6. There must be no licence plates in the location allocated to an active wave.

7. There must be no licence plates in the location with an unconfirmed GRN quantity.

8. To deallocate the location it should be empty and not have any active records for any existing processes.
