Multi Pack (Batch Packing)

The Multi Packing Process is designed for orders with big quantity of a single SKU/product.

Multi Pack function is a faster packing method to handle volume of orders that needs to be packed in multiple cartons/boxes.

Multi Pack Items (Desktop)

  1. Navigate to Dispatch Menu → Dispatch List → “To be Packed” tab.

  2. Click PACK icon to open the Batch Packing module on the Desktop.

  3. Click “Multi Pack” button (By default, line no. is automatically selected)

For orders with multiple line numbers, select a single line to enable “Multi Pack” button.

  1. The Multi Pack window will open which shows details to be packed.

  2. Enter the quantity per box

  3. It automatically computes the Number of boxes based on the box qty and qty to pack. However, number of boxes can also be edited manually.

  4. Click the “Pack Complete” button on the left pane to complete the pick.

(You can Print Dispatch documents on the right pane before completing the packing process)
